2. What you are buying
Online access to the digital book “The Code of Adam”: every chapter already published and every chapter published in the future. The book is read on the website; no PDF or physical copy is delivered. Chapter 1 is free and does not require a purchase.
3. Price
€19 as a one-time payment, taxes included where applicable. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We never see or store your card details. Stripe sends you a receipt by email.
5. Access
After payment you receive an email with a link to get in. Access is personal and linked to the email you used; it may not be shared or resold. You can get back in at any time from the Log in page.
6. “Forever” and new chapters
Access lasts for as long as the service is offered; if it is ever discontinued, you will be notified in advance. New chapters are planned roughly weekly, but publication dates are not guaranteed.
7. Right of withdrawal
This is digital content supplied immediately. By purchasing you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that, once access begins, you lose the right of withdrawal (Italian Consumer Code, art. 59, letter o). See also the Refunds page for our own guarantee.
8. Intellectual property
The text and illustrations are protected by copyright. Personal use only: no copying, redistribution or resale.

10. Governing law
Italian law applies. Consumers keep the protections of their country of residence.
