How to ask
Write to pantherptrbusiness@gmail.com from the email you purchased with, saying you’d like a refund.
Timing
We reply within [2] working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
After a refund
Access to the book is closed once the refund is issued.
Legal note
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. For digital content supplied immediately, the legal right of withdrawal does not apply once access has begun (see Terms of Sale).
