Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

MohPanther — contact: pantherptrbusiness@gmail.com.

2. Data collected

  • Name and email address, provided voluntarily through the form.
  • Date of sign-up and the consent given.
  • If you buy the book: name, email, amount, date and Stripe transaction ID. We never see or store your card details: they are handled by Stripe.
  • Your reading progress (which chapter and how far), if you are logged in.
  • Technical browsing data (e.g. IP address) processed temporarily for security and abuse prevention.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Giving you access to Chapter 1 and sending you the link, plus updates about “The Code of Adam” — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Handling your purchase, giving you access to the book and sending you the access link — performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR); accounting and tax records — legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
  • Saving your reading progress so you can resume where you left off — performance of the contract.
  • Site security and spam prevention — legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Recipients and providers

Data is processed through providers acting as data processors: Supabase (contact and account storage), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting). Some may process data outside the European Economic Area with appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

5. Retention

Data is kept until you withdraw consent or request deletion, and in any case for as long as needed for the purposes above. Purchase records are kept for the period required by tax law (currently 10 years).

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to pantherptrbusiness@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante: garanteprivacy.it).

7. Providing your data

Providing your data is optional, but without a name and email we cannot send you Chapter 1.
